Dr Uday Pandurang Wad is a recognized senior technocrat and has extensive experience in the innovative practices within Business Process Services (BPS) segment, spearheading multiple automation projects across multiple organizations. Dr Uday heads Innovations at Fibitech which remains a core to our services. His expertise in Deep Neural Networks for intelligent data capture powered by techniques for automatic image pre-processing have been widely used in automating various workflows like Accounts Payable invoice processing P2P workflow, DMS workflow in BFSI to name a few. A Robotics Process Automation (RPA) expert has helped bring in in process engineering, re-engineering and automation across BFSI. RPA coupled with Machine learning, Natural Language processing, Neural networks, Vision, Generative AI are the main drivers for digital transformation and Dr Wad’s expertise has been well received by most customers.

Dr Wad has published numerous research papers in reputed research journals. Currently, he is a freelance research advisor to Quantum Computing start-ups and Professor of Practice at one of renowned engineering college to make help Industry-Academia interface.   Dr Wad holds a Post Doctorate in Physics from the University of Maryland and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Pune. He also has a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC Pune and an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Pune.
